The gentler alternative to pressure washing. Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method used in combination with specialized cleaning solutions.
While this method may require more time, effort, and materials, it highly effective at removing dirt, bacteria, algae, and other organic growth. This cleaning method will not remove all stains.
Soft washing is best for more delicate surfaces such as vinyl siding, painted surfaces, stucco, etc.

A high-pressure cleaning method suitable for heavy-duty cleaning of organic growth on more durable surfaces such as concrete, brick, flagstone, pavers, etc.
While pressure washing is generally very effective, it is not desirable for all materials and does not remove all stains.
Expert care and consideration is necessary to prevent damage to more delicate surfaces such as wood.
Concrete pressure washing services Include pretreatment, wash, and post-treatment. Both treatments use SH (bleach) to loosen and help wash away organic growth.
The pretreatment involves soaking the surface to breakdown any organic growth, light stains, and dirt. Soaking time may vary depending on the level of growth and debris has accumulated on the surface.
The post-treatment soak ensures the final breakdown and removal of the remaining growth and debris.

Wooden structures such as fences, decks, porches, railings, etc. require inspection to determine the proper cleaning method for removing all organic material. Cleaning materials and techniques may vary depending upon the integrity of the wood, or type of coatings applied such as paint or stain.
Upgrade your wash with our Wood Brightening services designed to neutralize and brighten the wood, restore proper pH, and open the wood grain to better accept stain. Wood Brightening services are an essential part of any wood restoration project. UPWS does not provide complete wood restoration services.
